The Jungle Hut Returns Policy
Here at The Jungle Hut, we take great pride in our sauces. We pour our passion for flavour and quality into every bottle, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve created a straightforward returns policy to help if you encounter any issues with your order.
- Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or in an otherwise faulty condition, or on the odd occasion that we fluffed up and sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve this quickly, please email us a photo of the damaged item along with your order number. We will be happy to arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
- Change of Mind As our sauces are food products, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as change of mind. This policy is in place for food safety and hygiene reasons to ensure the integrity of every product our customers receive.
Items must be returned in their original, saleable condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund for the product.
- Taste & Flavour We understand that taste is subjective, and everyone has a different tolerance for heat. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds or returns if the flavour is not to your personal liking.
However, if you believe there is a genuine quality issue with the product, please contact us to discuss it. We stand by the quality of our sauces and will always look into any concerns. If a particular sauce isn’t for you, perhaps a spice-loving friend might enjoy it!
